The Fleshmaiden is one of Alice's dresses available as DLC for Alice: Madness Returns. It is inspired by the Queen of Hearts's final form from American McGee's Alice. The in-game effect of this dress allows players to activate Hysteria at anytime they please.

AppearanceEdit

This one shoulder dress is composed entirely of mangled flesh and twisted meat, with teeth at the front of the skirt. She doesn't wear shoes or stockings; her legs and feet are seeped in blood, and her arm has been cut. The back bow is replaced with an eye and 2 tentacles to make the bow-shape. Her Omega pendant is replaced by a piece of flesh that is twisted into the shape of the symbol.

Just above Alice's right breast, there is a large eye with the pupil and iris in the shape of a heart. In this dress, Alice's eye color is white.
