I noticed there are other files like "VO_Alice" I think they are probably also audio files. I tried to play them. But I cant find any program that can play them (like 77.2.170.76 said) I tried audicity (like VintageHandle suggested) but it still didn't work. I even downloaded a sort of a plugin for it and the sound came out in a hiss sound, or others didn't even make a sound.
So does anyone know how to play those files???

As far as I know, this file (along with most of the other files in the Localization folder) are plain text. You can open them with WordPad or NotePad. Each folder corresponds to a different language (DEU for German, ESN for Spanish, INT for International, etc...). Search for "6_1_12_A_Alice" in the document to find the line about her sister.
