Teeth are the in-game currency in Alice: Madness Returns.

Players can use them to upgrade weapons. They can be found from enemies and breakable items. There are two kinds of teeth: regular white Teeth which amount to 1, and golden teeth which can amount to 5 or 10. Most enemies drop white teeth while harder enemies can drop golden teeth.

Some dresses increase the drops of teeth like the Steamdress and Silk Maiden. The Hattress dress replaces health with teeth.

You are able to collect teeth the fisrt time you see the looking glass line when fighting off insidious ruin and bolterfly's.

TriviaEdit

• In the first Alice: Madness Returns trailer, Alice opens her mouth and her teeth fall out - one tooth has a symbol on it. It is thought by some that she is collecting the tooth which she lost in the trailer.
• Once Alice has collected enough teeth to upgrade one of her weapons four times (to the maximum) the player then received the achievement "More than a Mouthful".
• Once Alice has collected enough teeth to upgrade all of her weapons four times (to the maximum) the player then receives the achievement "Armed to the Teeth".
